Commercial Management 


Commercial management oversees the entirety of a client’s real estate portfolio in order to maximize profitability. It is the macro approach to cost management for a corporation with multiple construction projects and provides financial monitoring, including forecasting and risk mitigation. When acting as a commercial manager, JLS: 
  • Conducts cost analysis of all construction projects
  • Develops large-scale reports for total client portfolio, including real estate and operational costs
  • Reduces cost at macro level through benchmarking analysis
  • Provides value-engineering guidance
  • Works closely with finance, real estate and facility managers​
