This project is a consolidation of our client's existing metro campus into one state of the art facility in Tribeca. It is one of the largest commercial projects in Manhattan at this time and a current project for JLS. The project scope includes replacing the existing curtain wall, redesigning the public plaza, renovating the interior to include new executive offices, trading floors as well as a new indoor town square. The project encompasses approximately 2.7 million s.f. of corporate space.
Entering shortly after the start of the project, JLS implemented cost control measures that could be relied upon throughout the project. JLS continues to reduce the cost of change orders and base contract awards with a team which operates on-site and is supervised by an executive manager. We have saved our client an average of 8% on the total submitted change order value to date.
